1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-5  business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates (Within India)

We use reliable logistics partners for shipping across India. Shipping charges and delivery times will depend on your pincode and the chosen service.

  • Rural Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items, the delivery pincode, and the shipping method selected.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders

4. Tracking Your Order

  • The Shipping Confirmation email will contain the tracking number and a link to the logistics partner's website.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email.

5. Taxes and Duties

  • All prices on the website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • There will be no additional taxes or duties applied to orders shipped within India.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • iBonro is not liable for any products damaged or lost after handing the package over to the courier partner.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
