iBonro offers a 30-day return window. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund .

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email the iBonro customer support team (contact information should be on their site) with the subject line: "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the specific items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Receive Authorization: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
